This cartoon is displaying an image of an ambulance that has " Obama Care" on the side of the ambulance. The ambulance has crashed into a tree and is damaged. The paientent that was inside the ambulance is now standing in their medical gown, attached to wires, and is trying to hitch hike a ride to possibly go to the hospital. Meanwhile the driver of the ambulance states, " ITS OK- I HAVE INSURANCE." This cartoon is basically saying that " Obama Care," will never work and that it will eventually crash.
