In this cartoon, the republican candidate, Ron Paul, and the democratic candidate, Obama are shown, They are wearing hats and inside Paul's it says Iraq and inside Obama's it says Afghanistan. The title for this cartoon is Dumb and Dumber. I believe what the author of this cartoon is trying to say is that neither one of these individuals are being smart about their decisions or opinions about the war which took place in these countries. In my opinion, In think Obama made the right choice to send all the troops home. The war had been going on since 2001 but lately there had been no war activity so it was only right that he send the troops back home to be with their families.
